20 minutes ergometer training ==> Update!

Just to update a bit on the 20 minutes ergometer training. So far, only two rowers have completed the training regime. The distance achieved by the two rowers is as listed below:


1. afif ==> 4851 meters ==> 149 meters off the 5 km target distance.
2.kona==> 4601 meters ==> 399 meters off the target distance.


I understand that this training regime seems tough and a lot of you guys might not be willing to do it however, it is acually not as bad as it seems. As said earlier, the purpose of this exercise to to help maintain your stamina and not really power. Anyway, hope that you guys will try it out!
