Runner's Six-Pack: Part One

Running magazine, features Runner's Six-Pack, a two part video series on building abdominal muscles. Part one, 'Moves to Get Ripped', shows three simple exercises meant to build abdominal strength a.k.a gaining a ripped six-pack. Shown in the video are the floor crunch, the bicycle crunch and the captain's chair crunch. The exercises are pretty simple and do not require any extra equipment other than a simple chair. FYI, weak core muscles (abdominal muscles) are the cause of that 'vomiting' feeling after a heavy erg session. Hit the six-pack image for the link.
